P1Photography specializes in location shoots.
The hourly rate is $125.00 with a minimum 2-hour booking.
What to expect and plan for?
On average, forty to fifty images will be captured during a two-hour shoot. Expect an additional thirty photos per hour beyond the initial two hours. Photos are delivered electronically to our customer along with permissions to print as they choose. Alterations may be requested for a maximum of 10 pictures per hours billed. Think Cropping, Black and White conversion, or other cosmetic touchups.
It is recommended models plan a change of outfits for every hour of photography. Style is all about you – if you aren’t sure what outfits will photograph well, just ask us. We recommend you consider the photos intended purpose; what is the look you want to achieve? Keep in mind – time spent adjusting hair and makeup is billable time and may reduce the number of photos taken.
Now for the little things you need to know:
Locations further than 15 miles from P1’s studio will incur a per-mile fee. Each additional mile beyond the 15-mile inclusion will be billed at a rate of fifty-six cents per mile.
All bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Dates may be rescheduled at no charge with a minimum of fourteen days notice.
Should inclement weather inhibit an outdoor shoot, the booking may be, within reason, rescheduled within 180 days at no additional charge. If not rescheduled during the said duration, funds may be forfeited at P1Photography’s discretion.
Cancellations occurring within fourteen days of the scheduled shoot will forfeit their deposit. Per Federal Copyright laws, photos produced by P1Photography belong to P1Photography. Permission to print photos will be provided to customers whose accounts are paid in full. Should you require ownership of the copyright, please let us know in advance, and we will provide the appropriate fee structure.
P1Photography retains the right to use Copyrighted images in various advertising campaigns, including, but not limited to, Internet and/or Print.
